Withdrawal instructions

The statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers resident in the European Union (including Germany and Austria). Customers resident in Switzerland have no statutory right of withdrawal; for them only the voluntary 30-day right of return described below applies.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

We will only refund the purchase price once the goods have reached us or you have provided us with proof that you have sent them back, whichever is the earlier.

We refund the purchase price and the costs of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. Additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery are not refunded. The refund is made using the same means of payment as the original transaction; we do not charge you any fees for this. As a rule the refund is made within 7 days of receipt of the return, and at the latest within fourteen days in line with statutory requirements.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. We retain a corresponding amount for the loss in value from the refund. In this case you will not receive the full purchase price back.

We bear the direct cost of returning the goods: every order includes a free return label.

Returning the goods

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to the following address without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

Voluntary 30-day right of return

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant a voluntary right of return of 30 days from receipt of the goods. It applies exclusively under the following conditions:

• The goods are complete, unused and undamaged.
• The goods are in their undamaged original packaging, including all accessories.
• The return is free of charge: simply use the return label enclosed with your order.

The refund is made after we have received and checked the goods, as a rule within 7 days. On request, an exchange (for example for a different variant) is possible instead of a refund; please contact support@thegolferlab.com. If the goods, packaging or accessories show signs of use, damage or missing parts, we reserve the right to retain a reasonable amount for the loss in value or to refuse the return under the voluntary right of return. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
